YILP Fellows Graduate Class of 2025

Congratulations to the 2022 Young Innovators Leadership Program (YILP) graduates on their college graduation held last June 20-21, 2025!
The YILP fellows who graduated this year were:
Ms Jan Llenzl Dagohoy, AB Interdisciplinary Studies
Ms Gabrielle Dotado, BS Legal Management (Honorable Mention)
Ms Dagohoy and Ms Dotado co-founded Loomify (formerly Patch), an early-stage technology startup focused on transforming social commerce through scalable, sustainable software solutions. Loomify is currently incubated at the Ateneo Blue Nest program. Since 2024, the startup has participated in notable international competitions, such as the Hult Prize, ASEAN-India-China Hackathon, and HEC Montréal’s Social Business Competition.
Mr Mykel Amiel Espada, BS Management, Honors Program (Magna Cum Laude)
Since completing YILP in 2022, Mr Espada has gained diverse experience in the fields of asset management, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship. He has contributed to market research and proposal development for institutional clients, as well as assisted in crafting marketing strategies for digital products. Mykel also manages Dew & Glow PH, an online business specializing in personal care products, where he handles day-to-day operations and coordinates with international partners.
Mr Karl Cedric "Vboi" Opeña, AB Development Studies, Minor in Law
After completing YILP in 2022, Mr Opeña has since worked closely with teams in HR and Community Development to enhance people management systems and operations, impacting over 300 individuals across various organizations and regions in the Philippines. With a strong passion for impact-driven innovation, he has focused on problem-solving initiatives that promote sustainable development, working towards creating systems that support both individual and organizational growth.
