Among the delegates from the Philippines were representatives from the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) and members from the Innovation and Technology Support Office (ITSO) affiliated with various colleges and universities.Â
Throughout the event, participants had the opportunity to glean insights from a diverse lineup of over 70 guest speakers. The forum served as a valuable platform for networking among IP professionals globally. It also featured expert discussions on future-ready IP policies, strategies in the digital era, considerations of IP issues in the online market, and IP portfolio management. These discussions took place through a variety of engaging formats, including policy dialogues, breakout sessions, plenary sessions, and the Inspo Talk Roundtable Series.

One of the main events of the forum was the Global Tech Summit, which highlighted the impact of the latest technological advancements on intellectual property and the business scene. Their innovation and the IP market aim to focus on Clean Technology and provide a platform for universities, R&D centers, as well as startups to showcase projects and build meaningful partnerships with IP users, service providers, and investors.Â
True to its commitment, the BIP Asia Forum once again served as a central hub for innovation and collaboration, driving the global intellectual property (IP) market towards new frontiers. This resonates with AIPO's vision, which aims to be the country's leading university-based hub where innovative and sustainable solutions are inspired, protected, and made available for society's benefit.
