What are the accommodation arrangements?Accommodations will be shared, with all rooms being double occupancy.

Is transportation provided?Transportation between companies and the airport will be provided. However, there may be instances where walking is necessary. AIPO will coordinate all transportation arrangement through bus services.

What is the objective of Ateneo IPO Tech Xplore: Malaysia and Singapore?To help Filipino entrepreneurs bring their businesses to Malaysia and Singapore as a gateway to the rest of the world.

What does the program fee include?The program fee includes accommodations, roundtrip airfare, airport transfers and local transportation, travel insurance and service fees.

Is food included?No, food is not included in the program. However, there may be breakfast provided, and the places you will be visiting will have food services available for your own payment.

Which places will be visited during the trip?We will be visiting the technologically advanced cities in Malaysia & Singapore.

What are the accommodation arrangements?Accommodations will be shared, with all rooms being double occupancy. A maximum of 3 participants may be assigned to a room (only available in the Silicon Valley). Accommodation arrangements in Japan will strictly be 2 per room.

What about the Japan Visa?Leave a Nest will provide a letter for the Japan Visa application. The visa processing will be done in approximately 10 days. An agent will coordinate the visa process as part of the package.

What is the objective of Ateneo IPO Tech Xplore: Japan?The objectives of Ateneo IPO Tech Xplore: Japan are to inspire and encourage students to pursue technopreneurship, provide experiential learning form successful startup ecosystems, and foster collaboration among entrepreneurs and innovators.

How many slots are available for Ateneo IPO Tech Xplore: Japan?The program is limited to 20 slots only, so make sure to secure your slot early.

What about the US Visa?Assistance will be provided through a travel agency, but the fees will not be covered by the program. If your visa will not be approved, a refund will be given. Reservation for your slot is needed as soon as possible so that a letter can be provided for the embassy.

Are there any discounts or promos?Yes, there is an early bird registration for only P2,000 until July 31, 2024! There is also a P2,500 discount for group orders with a minimum of 10 people starting August 1, 2024. Simply use the code DTUXGROUP upon checkout.

Will I get a Certificate of Attendance?Yes, you can request this at the Registration area on the day of the event.

Will there be food available?Yes, snacks and lunch are provided during the event. Make sure that you indicate your food preference during registration.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the summit?Yes, you can still purchase via the HelixPay website and be issued a QR Ticket on the day of the summit.

Do I need prior knowledge about design/innovation to attend the summit?No prior knowledge about design or innovation is necessary to attend the DT|UX Summit 2024. The summit welcomes everyone, from beginners to experts. Our sessions are designed to provide valuable insights for all levels, ensuring you can learn and contribute regardless of your experience.

What do I need to bring with me on the day of the summit?The only things you need to bring are your personal QR ticket and your essentials. Food and water are not allowed inside the Hyundai Hall, and you will be asked to park these items outside the Hall's entrance.

Can people who are not associated with Ateneo participate in the summit?Yes. Registration to the summit is open to everyone regardless of whether or not they are affiliated with Ateneo.
