ELITE at All aBOARD EXPO sa QC 2026: Learn Leadership through Play

This May 30–31, 2026, experience learning in a whole new way at All aBOARD EXPO sa QC 2026—where strategy, creativity, and leadership come alive through games.

The Ateneo Blue Nest, through the Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO), in partnership with Gaming Library, brings you ELITE (Experiential Leadership & Innovation Training Ecosystem) — a unique workshop series that uses modern strategy board games to develop essential leadership, decision-making, and innovation skills.

Whether you're a student, young professional, entrepreneur, or simply a curious learner, ELITE offers a dynamic and interactive space to think, collaborate, and grow.

What is ELITE?

ELITE is not your typical workshop.

Instead of lectures, participants engage in carefully selected strategy board games that simulate real-world challenges—from resource management and negotiation to systems thinking and innovation.

Grounded in experiential learning, ELITE allows participants to:

• Practice decision-making under pressure

• Develop strategic and critical thinking

• Explore leadership styles and team dynamics

• Reflect on real-world applications of gameplay

Each session is guided by facilitators who help connect the game experience to practical insights in leadership and innovation.

Workshop Schedule

Participants can choose from four half-day sessions across two days:

Day 1 – May 30, 2026

🎲 Catan | 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN

Build settlements, trade resources, and negotiate your way to victory. This session highlights strategy, adaptability, and the art of negotiation.

🎨 Modern Art PH | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Step into the world of art auctions where timing, valuation, and risk-taking define success. A fun yet insightful look at market behavior and decision-making.

Day 2 – May 31, 2026

🌿 Kalikasan: Cascadia PH | 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN

Create balanced ecosystems through thoughtful planning and sustainability strategies. This game emphasizes environmental awareness and systems thinking.

🏙️ Cities (featuring the Quezon City Tile) | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Design and develop your own city while balancing growth, efficiency, and livability. This session explores urban planning and innovation in a local context.
