The Experiential Leadership & Innovation Training Ecosystem (ELITE) is an experiential workshop series that helps people become better leaders and innovators.
Now in its second year of offering game-based learning workshops, ELITE continues to use modern strategy games as learning tools, combined with Ignatian Pedagogy, to turn leadership simulations into meaningful skills.

About the Facilitators

George "GQ" Quitoriano
GQ is the Resident Entrepreneur at the Ateneo Intellectual Property Office. He is a Business Guru in the Master in Entrepreneurship program at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a former Assistant Vice President of Nestlé Philippines, Inc. With more than 20 years of experience in the entrepreneurship industry and a strong focus on Entrepreneurial Leadership, GQ has been instrumental in helping aspiring founders and organizations turn innovative ideas into meaningful ventures.

Steve Chaves
Steve Chaves is currently the Ideation Support Head at AIPO, where he leads activities that drive IP generation. He is an internationally certified Design Thinking facilitator under the DT Academy in the Netherlands and has facilitated design thinking workshops for international startup founders, government agencies, and private corporations in the country. Steve is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Leadership Studies, focusing on experiential learning to promote innovative behavior in work environments.
