The Ateneo Intellectual Property Office is pleased to invite everyone to the Orientation Seminar on Geographical Indications (GI), scheduled on January 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The seminar will be conducted via Zoom and Facebook Live.
The session, themed “Persisting Beyond Half-Lives,” aims to guide participants of the Ateneo Chemistry Olympiad (AChO) 2026 through the GI Proposal Defense process, covering everything from selecting a local product to defending its unique scientific and geographical foundations. It is an excellent opportunity for researchers and innovators to refine their proposals and clarify any questions ahead of their defense.

The event is organized by the Ateneo Chemistry Society, in collaboration with the Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO) and the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL).
