Attention all inventors, innovators, and entrepreneurs!


Do you have a brilliant idea for a product, process, or technology but don't know where to start with protecting it? Or are you doing your thesis and wish to spot anything patentable? Or are you beginning your research soon and wish to work on something novel, useful, and patentable?


If you are interested in learning patent searching and drafting skills for whatever reason, including lucrative earning opportunities, we would like to invite you to a 4-Day Workshop on Patent Search and Patent Drafting. This workshop is organized by the Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO) to be held on four (4) Tue/Fri afternoons (April 2, 5, 12, and 16) via Zoom from 2:00 - 4:30 P.M. with the following topic outline:



Day 1 (April 2 - Tuesday): Basics of Intellectual Property (IP) / Conducting Literature Review

Day 2 (April 5 - Friday): Prior art Search / Invention Spotting

Day 3 (April 12 - Friday): Patent Drafting -- Claims

Day 4 (April 16 - Tuesday): Patent Drafting -- Specifications
